    For your safety and convenience we offer a secure shopping cart and order by phone. For email orders, make sure that our sales department is the one taking your information, especially credit card info.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Automotive Peripherals ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Automotive Peripherals ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico.

    Shipping is normally made by UPS ground to destinations in the U.S. Other options are available at extra charge. Shipping to U.S. territories, Canada and Mexico are made by other services and the charge will be different then the cost in our automated calculated invoice totals, we will contact you to advice of price changes and shipping options.

    International shipping usually is made by USPS Express Mail with insurance. Our experience has proven it to be the most economical and secure, you can request other service at extra and additional charges. Automotive Peripherals does not calculate, include or charge any fees associated with customs or import duties for international orders to Canada, Mexico or other Countries. Please read the International notes.

    Automotive Peripherals will use the delivery information provided by the customer and will not be responsible for wrong/incorrect information after merchandise has been delivered to shipping carrier.

    The above applies to all orders/shippings regardless of destination: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and tracking information is sent to the customer as proof of fulfillment of the order. Claims should be directed to the appropriate local office of the service used.



  • International

  • Credit cards are accepted for international orders but subject to processing and approval by the PayPal system, other paymet options include: a) Western Union or similar service (no additional charge in our total) or, b) bank to bank transfer ($25.00 additional charge in our total) please contact us to make arrangements.

    All prices posted in our website are in US Dollars, payments made for merchandise need to be made in US Dollars, in full and including shipping charges. Currency conversion to US Dollars is made by customer at time of making payment. No orders will be sent if any amount is pending, unless previous arrangements have been made.

    Full payment must be received by Automotive Peripherals in order for merchandise to be sent.

    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Automotive Peripherals is not and will not be liable for any additional charges or fees mentioned above, other then the shipping charge quoted and agreeded to by the customer to ship the merchandise and paid at the time that the customer made payment of the order.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Automotive Peripherals is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    As noted above in Shipping & Delivery section; The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and tracking information is sent to the customer as proof of fulfillment of the order. Any claims should be made at the appropriate local office for the service used with information that Automotive Peripherals should have already supplied you with the shipping/tracking information needed for this type of claim.



  • Sales Tax

  • Automotive Peripherals charges sales tax for merchandise and shipping ordered for delivery in the State of Texas based on the applicable state sales tax rate. This tax will be calculated and displayed on the total price in the invoice.



  • Warranties

  • All warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer of the item. Automotive Peripherals does not resolve repairs or replacements of any kind, at any time. Please contact the manufacturer for their warranty time periods and repair/replacement policies.

  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment and shipping options listed and quoted in the shopping cart or by direct contact with us. Automotive Peripherals reserves the right to change its payment and shipping procedures at any time without prior notice. In the event that an order has been submitted before such changes take effect, we will contact you to advice you of any changes in case that it is impossible for us to honor the original quote, otherwise we will proceed with the order at the prices in the sales invoice received from our shopping cart or direct contact with us (phone or email).

    Automotive Peripherals' Return Policy is to accept items for return in exchange for other item of equal or geater value, the difference in price due by the customer, within a period of 15 days from date of delivery to the customer and as long as the item is in its undamaged original condition, including all materials and packaging. Return shipping to Automotive Peripherals is paid by the customer. This is for items that don't meet the customers requirements and another item does.

    For items that absolutely do not meet the needs and we do not have the needed item; we will grant a credit for the full amount, excluding shipping and other charges, as long as the item is returned within 15 days of delivery to customer and the item returned is in its undamaged original condition, including all materials and packaging. Return shipping to Automotive Peripherals is paid by the customer. This credit can be used towards purchase of any other item(s) in our web site. Exceptions may be made in a case by case basis for refund of item's price, excluding shipping and other charges, to customers original credit card used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 2 business days.

    No returns or refunds will be made for defective or otherwise inoperative items, this issues need to be addressed and handled by the respective manufacturer of the item(s), please contact them.

    We recommend that you read all the information pertaining to the items in this site and at the manufacturer's site, contact us and the manufacturer to determine if the item(s) are what you need, before placing your order with us. We do not have the capacity or the means to make any changes to the items in order to make them what you need, before or after your purchase.
